My Experience
I started in healthcare and industrial billing, where I learned how money and data actually move through an organization. I moved into cloud finance at AWS, and now I build the automation and AI systems that operations, finance, and technology teams run on.
Mission Cloud, a CDW Company
Built a five-flow request system in Power Automate, an internal AI knowledge agent, and a margin-analysis pipeline that replaced a manual monthly process.
3509 Innovations
Intake, routing, and reporting systems on Microsoft 365 for small teams, including an AI lead-scoring flow built with the Claude API.
Morgan Stanley
Managed 40+ daily account-setup audits and introduced SQL tracking logic that saved 780+ hours a year of manual audit validation.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Managed reservation products and enterprise discount billing, using SQL, Athena, and Lambda to automate audits and reconciliation across EC2, RDS, and Savings Plans.
CVS Health
Led the Novologix clinical platform rollout from kickoff to go-live and rebuilt follow-up workflows, raising project visibility and team accountability by 30%.
TK Elevator
Ran custom billing for the entire U.S. region. Built a Power Apps solution that cut billing turnaround 20% and a Forms intake that saved 10+ hours a month.
